What we collect
- Contact details you give us: your email address, your role (for example agent or photographer) and, if you choose, a listing link, when you request a video or reserve a plan.
- Photos: photos you select in the uploader are previewed in your browser only and are not uploaded to our servers during early access. We only record how many photos you selected.
- Usage data: pages visited, referring site, campaign parameters, approximate country and browser type, collected through privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To create and deliver the video you requested and to contact you about early access.
- To understand which features and plans people want, and to improve RealEstateVideo AI.
- To prevent spam and abuse.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that host and run RealEstateVideo AI(for example hosting, database and email providers), or when required by law.
Retention and your rights
We keep your information while early access is running and as long as you have an account. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hello@realestatevideoai.com. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
Children
RealEstateVideo AI is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
