1. The service

RealEstateVideo AI turns real estate listing photos into marketing videos using AI. The service is in early access: features, pricing and availability may change, and reserving a plan does not charge you or create an obligation to buy.

2. Your content

You may only submit photos and listing information you own or are licensed to use, including for video and social media. You keep ownership of your content and of the videos created from it, and you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use RealEstateVideo AI to create misleading depictions of a property, to infringe anyone's rights, or to violate fair housing or advertising laws. You are responsible for reviewing every video before publishing it.

4. AI output

AI-generated motion may occasionally contain artifacts. Videos are provided "as is"; we do not guarantee that output will be error-free or fit a particular purpose.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RealEstateVideo AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Third parties

RealEstateVideo AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin or any MLS.
